Ms. received her Bachelor in Social Work Degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. Ms. Redding then went on to pursue her Master in Social Work Degree with an individualized concentration in school social work and mental health from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. Since graduating with her MSW, she has worked in crisis and suicide prevention, children’s hospital emergency room settings, mental health outpatient and case management supports, and school-based counseling. Overall, Ms. Redding has over 12 years of experience working with children, youth, and families.
She enjoys traveling, shopping, watching streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu, eating delicious food, and spending time with family and friends. She is looking forward to working in the Normandy Schools Collaborative this year!

Ms. Griffin is a proud Alumni of Normandy School District. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology and a minor in Criminology from Maryville University. Ms. Griffin then went on to pursue her Masters in Social Work with a specialization in School Social Work from Saint Louis University. Ms. Griffin has over 19 years of experience providing trauma-focused therapeutic services and academic supports for children, adolescents and families.
Ms. Griffin enjoys listening to music, traveling, reading and spending time with loved ones.
Ms. Griffin is passionate about holistically embedding social emotional wellness and literacy into learning communities. She is looking forward to a successful school year!

Mrs. Wright-Coffman received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Maryville University and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Saint Louis University. She is also a Registered Play Therapist. Mrs. Wright-Coffman has over two decades of experience with Special School District working with a variety of ages and grade levels but her heart is in early childhood.
Mrs. Wright-Coffman loves the color purple, listening to music (especially Prince), hiking, kayaking, crafting, yoga, reading and spending time with her pets and family.
Mrs. Wright-Coffman is excited to continue working with early learners to support their families with resources and with early intervention to build resilience and coping skills to benefit them through their school years and beyond. She is looking forward to working in the Normandy Schools Collaborative this year!
