We know the holiday season can be joyful yet challenging, particularly for those navigating stress, anxiety, grief and loss, or other difficulties. Even after the holidays, many people struggle and need support.

Strongest Families Institute
Delivers distance services primarily via telephone. There is no wait list and appointment times are scheduled around what works for you – whether during the day, evening, or night. Programs are customizable to each family and are developed for those experiencing mild to moderate mental health and/or child behavioural concerns before they become more severe. Learn more here.

BreathingRoom™
A free online program designed for youth and young adults who want to learn new ways to manage stress, depression, or anxiety. Available 24/7, it helps with negative thoughts, creating happiness, releasing hurt, anger, and disappointment, and expanding your thoughts and ideas.

Our nurses are trained in a variety of areas, including stress management, suicidal thoughts, abuse, sexual assault, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and substance use.
