Gentry Ragsdale is an accomplished music educator with over a decade of teaching experience across both public school and higher education settings. She taught in the Wills Point, Texas—home to an award-winning, state finalist marching band—where she cultivated student growth and musical excellence. For the past four years, Gentry has continued her teaching career at the collegiate level, working with the next generation of music educators and performers.

Gentry holds a master’s degree in Music Performance from the University of North Texas and is currently completing her Ph.D. in Music Education at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Her academic journey reflects a commitment to advancing the field of music education through

research, performance, and pedagogical innovation.

Originally from Tom Bean, Texas, Gentry enjoys spending her time outside the classroom with her palomino Quarter Horse, Cash. When she’s not teaching or performing, she can often be found running, exploring the outdoors, or enjoying time with her family.

Brooke Grabowski is a music educator who graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in the Spring of 2025. During her time at SFA she completed her student teaching in Arlington ISD, where she gained extensive hands-on experience working with diverse students and band programs.

In addition to her music education training, she minored in Military Science, which strengthened her leadership skills, organization, and ability to lead with confidence and purpose. She is a well-rounded educator with experience in both band and color guard, allowing her to support students across a wide range of musical and performance opportunities.

Outside of the classroom, Brooke enjoys reading and spending time at the gym. She is passionate about building strong relationships with students and fostering a positive, driven, and inclusive band culture.

Mr. Tittle is incredibly excited to join S&S Middle and High School as the long-term sub for Spring 2027!

Mr. Tittle attended the University of North Texas for a bachelor’s degree in Music Education. During his time there, he studied trumpet, performing with various ensembles including the Six O’Clock Lab Band, Brass Band, and Green Brigade Marching Band. Prior to the Spring 2027 semester, Mr. Tittle student taught at Ryan High School and Myers Middle School in Denton ISD. His professional affiliations include Texas Music Educators Association and Kappa Kappa Psi, where he served as Treasurer.

Outside of the classroom, Mr. Tittle enjoys tinkering on cars, film photography, and training Muay Thai.
