Season 2024
Tryouts: For the first time, SRV will be joining the ranks of the other SRVUSD track programs and will be conducting tryouts and will be making cuts this season. The official time trials and opportunities to meet field event standards will take place during the second week of the season. Standards will be posted prior to the start of the season.
Team Donations- We are asking for a $400 donation from each athlete for this seaon's track team. Click on the link below to make a donation.

2024 SRVHS Tryout Standards
Juniors and seniors who qualify for the F/S mark but not the varsity mark can still make the team, but they may not compete in invitationals until the varsity mark is met.

High school athletics in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District are "self-funded". As such, fair-share donations are solicited to fund these valuable programs. This donation covers major operating costs of our athletic budget which includes: equipment, uniforms, transportation, officials, most coaching stipends, athletic trainer, supervision/security, facility, first aid supplies, CIF, NCS & League fees, and various general expenses to operate our athletic department budget. The suggested contribution will be detailed in a specific sport budget presented to parents at an orientation evening after teams have been finalized.
2024 SRV Track & Field Calendar
Eligibility & Tryout Policies
To be eligible to participate in interscholastic competition, a student at San Ramon Valley must meet all of the following criteria.
Have a GPA of 2.00 or higher in the proceeding academic quarter (includes 2nd semester of 8th grade for incoming freshmen).
Have passed a minimum of 20 units in the proceeding quarter
Annually complete a physical exam from a medical doctor
All transfer students are initially ineligible and must meet with our school's athletic director.
