About Me

My name is Robert Alvarez and I am a 2nd grade teacher at Live Oak Elementary. This will be my 18th year teaching, all at Live Oak Elementary.  Every year is filled with excitement and fun, and I am sure this year will be the same.  

I am married to my beautiful wife, Stacie.  We both graduated from UC Santa Barbara.  I have two awesome children. Their names are Daphne and Graham.  Daphne is starting 6th grade this year and Graham will be in 3rd grade.  They really do grow up quickly.

We also have 2 dogs, Otis and Olaf.
