Upload Parent Contacts to a Parent Group

Download this CSV spreadsheet.
Enter your parent contact information.
If you want them to go into a group, enter that group name in the Categories column. The group does not have to exist prior.
Go to https://contacts.google.com
On the left side, expand the options until you see Import Contacts
Upload your new CSV spreadsheet.
Check for the group and parents.

Recommended Add-Ons - These only work with the Chrome Browser

Checker+ for Gmail - This allows you to view and respond to email without having Gmail open

Reply at the top - This will move the most recent email in a conversation to the top as well as place the Reply button at the top of the screen.

Email Templates - Gorgias allows you create multiple responses that you use often and then paste them in via a keyword.

These tasks need to be done BEFORE your site migrates:

Know your District password - reset at password.srvusd.net if necessary.

Create a Signature - post sample signatures
Customize your Inbox
Check settings:
- Conversation view
- Unsend timer
Set up filters
Deleted email change - YOU HAVE 30 DAYS AFTER THE MIGRATION TO EITHER MOVE YOUR DELETED EMAIL TO A FOLDER OR IT WILL BE ACTUALLY DELETED.
Check contact groups to see if anything didn't transfer

- Notifications
