All Chaperones needs LEVEL 1 clearance. Apply for the clearance HERE.
Update HERE if you are cleared to chaperone.
Update HERE if you can chaperone for a specific event.
Chaperones will now be required to provide proof of Tuberculosis (TB) clearance every four (4) years. Proof of TB clearance within the last four (4) years is acceptable to meet this requirement.
Please consult with your medical provider to find out information about what TB test option is best for you

Team Parent (2 positions: primary and backup)
Sports team parents serve as a communication liaison between the coach, other team parents, and sometimes the school or sports organization. They help disseminate information about schedules, events, and any other relevant updates
Event Co-ordinator (Logistics and Fund raising)
Handles logistical tasks such as transportation to and from practices and games, ensuring the student has the necessary equipment, and coordinating schedules with coaches and other parents.
Organize fundraising events, corporate sponsorships, banner sales.
NCS coach delegate
None of the coaches are available to attend NCS or CIF games this year, we will need a parent volunteer to certify themselves so they can accompany the qualified athletes. If no volunteers are available we will forfeit those positions.
