The aim of the project is simple. We try to detect the obstacles surrounding the user and alert the user of them. Just like normal people, Blind people love to be independent when carrying out their day-to-day tasks as well, This device would give them more personal freedom as they move more freely around places they might usually find obstacles on their way.
The idea behind it
The idea behind the project is simple. The ultrasonic sensors present in the device detect any obstacles present ahead of it upto 1 meter. If any obstacle is present, then the device lets out a buzzer. There are 2 ultrasonic sensors facing two different sides of the user, and depending on which one picks up an obstacle, different buzzer sounds are rung to let the user know of the side.
