SRM is one of the top universities in India with more than 55,000 students and nearly 3,000 faculty across the campus offering a wide range of programs like undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in Engineering, Management, Medicine, Health sciences, Science and Humanities. The Institute has four sprawling campuses in India, namely, SRM Kattankulathur campus in Kanchipuram District, SRM Ramapuram campus in Chennai, SRM Vadapalani campus in Chennai and SRM Delhi-NCR campus in Modinagar. SRM has world class infrastructure including smart classrooms, hi-tech labs, research laboratories with advanced instrumentation facilities, modern library and Wi-Fi facility. Our excellence in education, research and placements over the last 30 years has won us noteworthy ranking and accreditations (NAAC ‘A++’ Grade, and “Category 1” by UGC). SRM has strategic alliances with leading 102 institutions across the globe and students from 52 countries are pursuing various courses to enrich knowledge.
Department of Mechanical Engineering and Automobile Engineering is organizing 3rd International Conference on Future Trends in Materials and Mechanical Engineering (ICFTMME-2025) under the umbrella of SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi NCR Campus, Ghaziabad (U.P.), India. It is an initiative to create a common platform for researchers in the field of Materials and Mechanical Engineering that can lead to numerous benefits, including the exchange of knowledge, collaboration on research projects, and the acceleration of technological advancements.
ICFTMME-2025 is poised to be a comprehensive and inclusive conference that provides a platform for researchers and professionals in the field of materials and mechanical engineering to share and discuss their work. The emphasis on analytical, computational, and experimental investigations demonstrates a holistic approach to research in these domains. The dual emphasis on both the foundational aspects (modelling, synthesis, processing, and characterization) and their practical applications in various domains adds depth to the focus of the conference.
In the ICFTMME-2022, more than 100 abstracts were received from Industry, National and International authors. Over 60 selected papers were published in renowned Scopus indexed journal Materials Today: Proceedings, indicating its impeccable impact on the scientific community while ensuring commitment to advancing knowledge within the conference scope.
We have sent proposal to Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering (Springer) for possible publication. Some selected papers will be published in indexed journals (Scopus/Web of Science).
