Author Guidelines
Participants are requested to submit FULL PAPERS which includes the manuscript title, author(s), affiliation(s), and contact details. The submitted paper should clearly indicate the research work, methodology, major results, and conclusion.
The committee will evaluate the full paper and announce the decision through e-mail. The requested mode of presentation will be final and the same updated in the first week of March 2026 on the site.

Log in to the CMT portal using your registered email ID.
If you are new to CMT, create an account and verify your email.
Navigate to ‘Create New Submission’ under EMPOWER2026.
Enter the paper title, abstract, keywords, and author details carefully.
Upload your manuscript in the required format (.docx/.pdf, template compliant).
Review all details and click ‘Submit’.
You may revise your submission until the deadline.
