Coach Theising is a 2009 high school graduate from East Central High School. Following high school, he received his teaching degree from Northern Kentucky University. Throughout his college career, Coach Theising coached freshman and JV boys' teams at Milan each for two years. Following this position, Coach Theising was the Varsity Assistant at East Central High School for one year during his student teaching. After college graduation, Coach Theising became the JV Head Coach at Shelbyville High School for one year and became the Varsity Assistant for his remaining two years. He is now the head Boys' Varsity Basketball Coach at South Ripley High School.

Coach Samples is a 1996 Graduate of South Ripley High School. He began his coaching career at South Ripley as the Freshman Coach in 2004. Throughout his coaching career he has coached Freshman, Junior Varsity, and is now the Varsity Assistant. While not coaching, he owns and operates Encore Insurance Group in Osgood Indiana.

Coach Jolly is a 2001 graduate of South Ripley High School. He graduated from Purdue University, majoring in Physical Education. During and directly after college, Coach Jolly spent time coaching at three different schools at the junior high and freshman levels. In 2009, Coach took the Freshman boys position at South Ripley. He stayed in that position for six years before moving on to Lawrenceburg High School to be the JV coach. Coach Jolly had the opportunity to come back to South Ripley in 2018 to first be the varsity assistant, and then JV coach.

Coach Swingle Is A 1982 Graduate Of South Ripley. Graduated From Marian College, Indpls. Majoring In Business Management / Finance. Employed At ORP / EFG. Second Coaching Season For SR 8th Grade.

Coach Gullion is a 1990 graduate of South Ripley and went to Vincennes University and majored in Law Enforcement. He is an independent Sales Rep in the UTV industry representing over 40 different companies. This will be his third year coaching the 7th grade team.
