Dianna Bell has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare arena.  An experienced academic researcher, she has managed and led various programs and projects contributing to organizational efficiencies.   Having a passion for the effective use of resources to benefit the most, she has garnered a comprehensive understanding of program management and quality improvement methodologies to facilitate effective operational successes.  Her active engagement and leadership in performing process and change management have led to standardizing practices for administrative and operational functions in large healthcare systems and research institutions.   She has directed diverse portfolios of clinical research and trials ushering in institutional practices that facilitated performance improvements and boosted operations and integrity.  As a founding partner in SR Global Consulting, her focus is on aiding community-based clinical research sites and investigators to best serve patients and communities often underrepresented. Dianna envisions making the future of healthcare and clinical trial participation broader at every level within the ecosystem, and its scope more inclusive.
