Welcome to QC DONUTS!
The mission of this franchise network is to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests and our teams. We believe that our store Managers set the stage for creating this environment. This will ensure that the guests that come day in to our stores each and every day will leave thinking that they came to the best Dunkin’ store. Happy guest will return more frequently and will tell others about their Dunkin’. Our great employees put customer service first, this is how we “WOW” our guests! Greeting everyone with a friendly smile, great customer service, exceptional products and at the same time they take care of the store’s needs.
QC DONUTS is comprised of many different stores operating in the Quad Cities area. We have stores in Davenport, Bettendorf, Clinton, Silvis, Rock Island, Moline and we will be opening a Dunkin’ Baskin Robbins combo unit in Galesburg in the summer of 2023. Our goal is to expand through acquisition and new store development.
In the fall of 2011, the first Dunkin’ store in the Quad Cities opened. Dunkin in the Quad Cities (QC) has been in running for more than 10 years and we are continuing to open more locations. Des Moines is our newest market in the QC network and we currently own and operate 7 stores in the Quad Cities and now 7 additional stores in Des Moines (DM). We will continue to develop new stores in both markets with both standalone Dunkin’ locations and Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins combo locations.
Our goal is to make the guest’s visit “The Best Part of their Day.”

The Dunkin’ online training program will educate all our team members about the history of the company, best practices for customer service, and how to prepare food and beverages. The program also teaches emergency preparedness as well as health and safety standards. The Dunkin’ online training program, also known as Dunkin U, is constantly updated with all of our fun new products.
