This breakout will discuss how, whether at work or at home, when stakes are high, opinions vary, and emotions run strong, you have three choices: Avoid a crucial conversation and suffer the consequences; handle the conversation poorly and suffer the consequences; or apply the lessons and strategies of crucial conversations and improve relationships and results. We'll discuss skills to help every conversation―especially difficult ones―be healthy and productive.

This breakout will discuss the StrengthsFinder Assessment, the importance of knowing and operating out of your strengths, empowering those around you to lead out of their strengths, and intentionally surrounding yourself with those who have strengths different from yours to function as a team covering one another's blind spots.
