Our career advising curriculum will provide member program staff with the basic knowledge and resources they need to manage a comprehensive and tailored career advising program to postsecondary students. These detailed sessions will cover areas of career readiness and business skills needed to navigate a professional work environment.

SEA Career Partners
Supports first-generation and low income young adults identify their first jobs/career experiences
Designs and operates career-connected postsecondary pathways for first gen, low income, students of color
Matches peer cohorts of underemployed college grads with alumni coaches to support them in building the professional skills and networks they need to propel them into career success. Within 12 months of program completion, four-in-five COOP alumni are fully employed, earning an average of $56,000 per year.
