Q: I'm a self servicing dealer, and I want to be able to service my own customers appliances. Is this possible?

A: Yes, so long as you're setup in Service Power, you'll be able to service your own customer's repairs. For more information on our Enrollment Process and our Standards of Service, please download the Service Operations document from the link below:

Q: What types of electronics do SquareTrade protect under the BrandSource program?

A: SquareTrade currently protect Major Appliances, TVs , Pro-Audio, Home Theatre, and Miscellaneous Electronics, including Small Appliances.


Q: Does SquareTrade offer protection through BrandSource on Furniture or Mattresses?

A: Not at this time.


Q: How much does it cost my customers to protect their electronics, and how much do I make on each sale?

A: Please reach out to your BrandSource Regional Manager and they will be able to provide you with that information. Alternatively, please complete the registration process above and SquareTrade will send you the information.


Q: What types of sales materials, brochures, etc. do SquareTrade provide registered members?

A: We have a selection of retail brochures, and other POP merchandising that communicate SquareTrade's coverage features and benefits. You'll receive a starter kit in the mail once you've completed your registration, and additional materials can be ordered as needed. An overview of what's available can be found HERE
