Step 2: Enter your username and password, your username should look like this username
Step 3: Enter iTop
Step 4: Click on New request.
Step 5: Navigate to the type of request needed.
Step 6: Fill the needed fields.
Step 7: Submit!
Step 8: Please check your email for the ticket number or any extra information requested by the technician.
