This is dependent on the volume that we will be dealing in. For your reference, the platform is able to transform a real world walkaround video in a span of 45-60 mins to a studio grade 360 spin output. 

Pricing on the product can be at a bare minimum of $3/car. Since it is most likely to be taken up as a clubbed product along with virtual studio the pricing bar can be between $6-$12 as lower to higher ends respectively.

Apart from the existing options of backgrounds and showrooms, If the customer extends a request we can create a customised showroom effect. This would require a high resolution walkaround video of the showroom with no noise in the background or 15-20 high resolution images capturing all angles and areas of the showroom to give it a realistic look.
This can be offered to the client between $500-$2000 depending on their ability to pay. 

The first step towards taking you live would require us to check whether we are integrated with your DMS partner (dealer.com) or not. Since we have integrated with dealer.com, we can take you live in a span of 2 weeks. 

In case you operate with your own website and have a dedicated Tech team then we shall require a timeline of 3-4 weeks to make you go live. 

If in case we are not integrated with your current DMS, then you would be required to introduce us to the account manager of your DMS partner and we shall initiate an integration setup with them. This process requires a technical resource to be allocated from the integration team and therefore there is a one time integration fee associated with. 

Website provider name- account manager- time to get the script created for a new integration- tech team of the website- devops and QC team will run the script to see if it fits well on their end and upon confirmation of the same we move forward on the process. This takes 4-6 weeks.

Integrated with Dealer.com, dealer Inspire and Dealer on for our 360 functionality as of now. 3 weeks max to take the client live on 360 on these providers. With others it shall take 4-6 weeks minimum. 

30 mins/output equates to 16 outputs a day considering 8 working hours. In case of bigger clients, more GPUs can be deployed to hit timelines but clients will be required to make this commitment prior to onboarding for clear understanding of deliverables.

Can run a super resolution on the first generated output if not satisfactory. Guidelines on spyne app ensure no faulty input (cropped) is recorded. In case of videos shared- client to be made completely aware of shoot guidelines for optimum output. 

Have added a realtime feedback mechanism in the app which runs the input video while recording through cropping guidelines to test for any faults before accepting it for processing. In case of wrong input, the client is made aware of faulty input and guided by the app on how to better shoot the input video

Give the client a guided tour of how to record an input video for 360 processing and get them processed by the creative team led by Agrim. Cannot offer a test account as guidelines if not met will result in a faulty output and would result in loss of interest and trust within the client for the product. Also the test account does not prioritize output over an existing client’s process which would result in delayed output received. This could again lead to challenges over delivery time committed for output.
