Summer Work

Important Information:

The following items have been purchased for your child, and they will be distributed the first week of school:

1 zipper pencil case

1 plastic art box

3 cursive copybooks

*The cost will be calculated upon delivery.  We will let you know this fee the first week of school. 

*Be sure to pick up a roll or two of clear contact paper!

The Third Grade Teachers 

Dear Parents,

In this packet you will find the math packet to reinforce 2nd grade skills and a book report for incoming 3rd graders.  Please make sure that these are completed and returned the first week of school.  Any book from the Magic Treehouse series can be used to complete this report.  There is no need to bring the physical book to school. 

In addition, there is an optional cursive packet.  While this doesn’t need to be turned in, it is important to know that cursive writing will be expected for certain assignments in 3rd grade.  Please practice this over the summer if necessary.  We hope you have a summer full of sunshine and smiles! We look forward to seeing you in September!
