Feel free to pull one of us aside on campus or let your teacher know you would like to talk to your counselor.

Hazel Health Referral

Hazel Health has partnered with SPUSD to provide high-quality mental health care through Tele-Health Therapy to our students at no cost to our families or the district. Students can get referred to Hazel Health services through their school counselor or administrators.

The following digital media mental health support are not partnered with South Pasadena Unified School District. SPUSD does not endorse any specific agency; however, we are providing these resources to support our community. Please explore them as needed.

BrightLife Kids

Personalized support for California families. Kids ages 0–12 get free, expert coaching for sleep issues, worry, social skills, and more. Live, 1:1 video sessions, secure chat, on-demand content, and more.

Soluna

Soluna supports your mental health with free 1:1 coaching, interactive tools, peer connections, and resources for self-discovery. Completely free and anonymous for Californians ages 13 to 25.
