Outcome-Based Education

Outcome-Based Education (OBE) as an educational movement and strategy emphasizes on the exit outcomes among learners, the ones that students must demonstrate.

Outcome-Based Teaching and Learning (OBTL) is a phase in OBE that highlights the constructive alignment of learning outcomes, teaching and learning activities and assessment tasks.

Outcome-Based Assessment (OBA) is a component in OBE that assesses and  evaluates whether the identified/set intended learning outcomes across different levels in the spectrum are achieved.

Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) analyzes the results of various assessment and evaluation to provide a baseline data or benchmark in improving the system and process.
