I received my Ph.D. in machine learning at Sulaimani Polytechnic University in 2021. I finished my M.Sc. in Advanced Computer Science at Newcastle University in the United Kingdom in 2012.

I am the Co-Founder of the Kurdistan Technical Institute-Sulaimani (2015) and Raparin Technical and Vocational Institute(2023), which is a private institute affiliated with the ministry of higher education and scientific research. In addition to that, I am also the co-founder of Qaiwan International University, which is the first and only franchised university in Iraq and the region.

Furthermore, I was one of the founding members of the Technical College of Informatics (TCI), which belongs to Sulaimani Polytechnic University. At the same university, I was the Head of the IT Department at the Computer Science Institute. Moreover, I used to be head of the Curriculum Department at TCI. I have also been involved in several other committees as well as responsibilities.
Furthermore, I was one of the founding members of the Technical College of Informatics (TCI), which belongs to Sulaimani Polytechnic University. In addition to my academic achievements, I am the co-founder of ABpro Company for e-government solutions, where I was honored to lead the two largest projects to digitize the entire organization by implementing the Azya Solution.
