I earned my Ph.D. in machine learning from Sulaimani Polytechnic University in 2021, building upon the foundational expertise gained during my M.Sc. in advanced computer science at Newcastle University, United Kingdom (2012). My career is defined by a commitment to advancing higher education and driving digital transformation within the region.
As an educational entrepreneur, I founded the Kurdistan Technical Institute-Sulaimani in 2015 and the Raparin Technical and Vocational Institute in 2023—private institutions operating under the aegis of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Furthermore, I am a co-founder of Qaiwan International University, a landmark project established in partnership with the Qaiwan Group, representing the first and only franchised university model in Iraq.
Currently, I serve as the Dean of the Kurdistan Technical Institute and hold the position of Assistant Professor at the Technical College of Informatics (TCI), an institution I am proud to have co-founded within Sulaimani Polytechnic University.
Complementing my academic portfolio, I am the co-founder of ABpro Company for E-Government Solutions. In this capacity, I spearheaded two of the region's most significant digitization initiatives, overseeing the comprehensive integration of the Azya Solution to modernize organizational infrastructure.
