I am Hazhar Mohammed Jalal, lecturer at the Media Department\ Technical College of Administration\ Suleimani Polytechnic University SPU. I graduated in 2004 from the Department of Media, College of Humanities, Sulaimani University.

I started working in the media in 1992 as a journalist and I started working in television as a program producer and presenter on Khak TV and Kurdsat channels until 2008. 

In 2009, I obtained a two-year higher diploma from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. In 2011, she obtained a master's degree with honors from the same institute. She obtained a doctorate with first-class honors in 2014 from the same institute in Cairo
