I am Alla Abdulqader Shali, Lecturer and head of Radiology Department at Sulaimani Technical Institute (STI) \Sulaimani Polytechnic University SPU.

I have MSc. Degree in (  Diagnostic Radiology   ) from college of Medicine, University of Baghdad (1995-1997).
