Maci Krichbaum, Fifth grade

Congratulations to our Winter Artist of the Month, Maci Krichbaum! This is her pastel vintage lightbulb artwork. She is showing how to use chalk to "illuminate" the art.

Talented Art students paint Holiday windows!

A few of the Talented Art students who could gather after school on Tuesday, December 3, painted the windows at Bethlehem Christian Church. They did a fantastic job!

Kilby Shores Elementary collected 1021 pounds of plastic last school year!

That makes a total of 11,118 pounds over the last 16 years!

Our goal this year is 1,000 pounds!

If we collect 1,000 pounds, our school will earn ANOTHER TREX bench!

New Murals for Kilby Shores!

In October of 2020, Mrs. Salerno spent many extra hours painting all 4 poles in the front of the school with an Ocean Theme to greet the students upon their return to school and repainted the school mailbox. Each pole has different aquatic creatures, as well as different kinds of sharks. Have fun finding them all!

Added in March 2021, the bus ramp poles and 2 back bus ramp doors were painted with the aquatic theme, too!
