  • Insert a variety of content

  • Organize slides

  1. Create a new Slide presentation.

  2. Name the presentation “Your Last Name - Slides Basics.”

  3. Change the theme.

  4. On Slide 1, add the title “Slides Basics.”

    • Add the subtitle “By Your Name.”

  5. Create a new Blank slide. (Slide 2)

    • Insert a text box.

      • Add formatted text, fill color, and line color.

    • Insert 2 images.

      • Crop both images.

      • Add a border to both images.

          1. Add drop shadow to one image.

          2. Add a reflection to one image.

    • Insert 2 shapes.

      • Add formatted text, fill color, line color to each.

      • Overlap the shapes.

  6. Create a new Blank slide (Slide 3).

    • Insert a video from YouTube.

  7. Create a new Blank slide (Slide 4).

    • Insert WordArt

    • Format the WordArt (font style, font color, line and fill color)

  8. Create a hyperlink that links back to another slide in this presentation.

  9. Duplicate Slide 4 (Slide 5).

    • Reorder the slides so that the duplicated Slide (5) comes after Slide 1.
