Make a copy of this practice SHEET
Select Row 1
Bold the Row 1 content
Click "View," then Freeze up to Row 1 (this can also be done by right-clicking on the highlighted row).
Under "Data," select "Create a Filter" to filter each column as needed (this can also be done on the toolbar by clicking the filter icon).
Under "Formatting" select "Alternating Colors." This will help you read and navigate large data sets.
Hide Columns A through D by right-clicking and selecting "Hide Column."
Select Columns F through H
While selected click on "Format" then "Conditional Formatting"
Under format rules, select Format cells if. . . "Less than" and type 60 in the value. Then choose a red color as the fill color
Select "+ Add another rule" below
Under format rules, select Format cells if. . . "Is between" and type 60 and 79 as the values. Then choose a yellow color as the fill color
Select "+ Add another rule" below
Under format rules, select Format cells if. . . "Greater than or equal to" and type 80 in the value. Then choose a green color as the fill color
Select Column E
Use conditional formatting to make the cells when a student has completed a test prep cores to a blue color or an orange color if they have not.
Change the Share Settings to “Anyone with the link: Can View” and submit your link as evidence.
