GRADUATION IS FRIDAY, JUNE 5th at 4:00 on Martin Field**.

STUDENTS: PLEASE ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 2:30 on Friday, June 5th!

If it is raining on Friday, we will move the ceremony to Sunday, June7th at 2:00 on Martin Field.

If it is raining on Sunday, we will move the ceremony indoors in Beal Gym at 2:00 the same day.

**We will notify families as soon as possible with any changes as a result of inclement weather!

TICKETS: You do NOT need tickets for an outdoor graduation. If we move indoors, students will be given 5 tickets for the gym. If you have more than 5 people in the family who want to attend an indoor ceremony, those extra people are welcome to sit in the Auditorium where they can view the ceremony live on a large screen.

Accessible Seating: If you need accessible seating, there is some room on the field. As is all seating, this area is first come first served. Normally, there is plenty of room! If you have a family member who needs this seating option, and you'd like to sit with them, you are welcome to!!!

Senior GRADUATION To Do List

FRIDAY, JUNE 5th GRADUATION ARRIVAL TIME: PLEASE BE IN THE BEAL GYM BY 2:30 on FRIDAY JUNE 5th!

Fees: please log into Infinite Campus to see what your fees are!

Selected Graduation Speakers: Please check your emails frequently for updates on your speeches. A letter was sent to you there, and you can also find it in the document section below.

Speakers at Large: If you have a compelling story you would like to share about your time here in the South Portland School district, please read the email from Ms Glenn on how you can apply to speak at graduation! The guidelines and due dates are listed on a letter in that email, and the letter is attached below.

Project Graduation Form: please fill this out if you are interested in attending project graduation! If you plan on attending, make sure your parent/guardian fills out the permission slip in the DOCUMENTS section below.

All Seniors must fill out the Diploma and Cap and Gown Form ASAP! Please make sure it is your legal name that is in Infinite Campus. The form is in the DOCUMENTS section below or you can get a copy from the Main Office.

Technology Turn-In

All graduating students must turn in their iPad, keyboard case and charger. If you do not have your charger you will be responsible for paying for a replacement ($20). Please check the Senior Events Schedule for more details on how and when to turn in your school issued technology.
