We all have feelings. And that is okay. And normal.
Feelings don't have to be "fixed". Feelings just are.

Even when we feel uncomfortable emotions, sometimes we can also still feel happy or silly at the same time, or right after one of these other feelings. We need happiness. Sometimes when other emotions feel hard, we forget some of the things that help to make us happy, like that we are loved, that we can be curious, that we can have positive relationships with people. Sometimes we can make happy emotions stronger when we remember and think about people, places or things that make us happy. Learning ways to cope with difficult emotions can also make us feel stronger, healthier and happier.
