Grace Stults

Hi, I am excited to be starting my second year here in South Portland! I started my career in home health caring for two siblings that are both high needs developmentally and medically. The encouragement of their parents helped me to decide to pursue a graduate degree in Special education. I attended Boston College and received a Master's in Education with a speciality in severe and profound disabilities. I most recently taught at Deering High School in the Life Skills room. I grew up in Maine and am happy to be home.

Chris DiOrio

I am beginning my third year at South Portland. I have been an educator for 29 years, having taught English and Literature at the high school and college level before returning to Maine and transitioning to an Ed. Tech in the Life Skills classroom. Having volunteered with the Special Olympics for 36 years, I am excited to be working with a wonderful group of students.

Linda Edgar

This is my fourth year working in Life Skills at South Portland High School. Prior to becoming an Ed Tech, I worked at a Portland day program with adults with disabilities. Prior to that I spent many years working as a producer promoting newscasts at WGME. I love traveling and exploring new places with my husband and two children (And look forward to doing it again!)

Rachel Mathews

Hello! My name is Ms. Mathews and this is my first year working in life skills. I have worked as a substitute and an educational technician for two years at Memorial Middle School. I am very excited to get to know everyone this year.
