Rules of Engagement:
Teams of three.
You have to row 1500m to get to your first "Pet Rock."
Once you do, your “Pet Rock” does not like to be below your heads. Two teammates must hold the “Pet Rock” overhead while the other is doing work. There are different ways to hold it overhead, but I will let you figure that out. The only thing you can’t do is use something else to hold it overhead or lye on the floor.
You cannot put your “Pet Rock” down even during transition.
If someone puts their "Pet Rock” below their head, the rep(s) that were done while the rock is not overhead do not count and their is a 5 penalty burpee for the team.
Once you get to the box jumps, two teammates will now have “Pet Rocks,” while the other works.
