Our Classroom
Welcome to Grade 4! My name is Charlotte Robertson, and I will be your child's teacher this year. I am so excited to get to you even more over the next ten months. The Grade 4 program reinforces strong work and study habits, appropriate behaviour, and respect for others. Students are expected to show listening, follow directions and work at their best academically.
Students are expected to act as a family, i.e. to care for each other and to be thoughtful and courteous to everyone. I feel that the classroom is like a home and that manners are very important when a large group of children live together in one room for so many hours!
Students are also expected to work to the best of their ability. It does not matter that "my best" may not look exactly like "my friend’s" work. What matters is that the work I do is the BEST that I can do.

Hi! I am Mrs. Robertson
I have been teaching at SAM School for the past 24 years. Over the years, I have taught grades 1-5. My favourite thing about teaching is helping my students learn new things and providing guidance and support along their journey.
