This is a guided body scan practice. This mindful and meditative practice allows you to intentionally cultivate self-awareness and connection with your physical body. Throughout the scan you are focusing on parts of your body for sensations, tingling, tension, holding or pain. This practice has a myriad of benefits including greater physical self-awareness, anxiety relief, increased self-compassion, stress relief and enhanced relaxation.
