We hope to recognize every individual for personal success, extraordinary performance, role model actions, and overall performance as employees of Sprout. We know that we can't see everything that happens on the floor every day, but we want to provide a way for those successes and achievements to be recognized and rewarded. We plan to do this by utilizing "Sprout Outs"!
"Sprout Outs" are forms that can be submitted by employees, managers, stakeholders, and other Sprout members to recognize coworkers and employees for above and beyond daily instances. At the end of every week, Sprout will review all submitted "Sprout Out's" and select one employee to receive a recognition reward. We need your help to recognize and reward behavior and performance that exemplifies Sprout's Code of Conduct and overall Mission and Goals.

Select 'Add new Sprout-Out'
Review the Introduction and Criteria for "Sprout Outs"
Select the employee that you would like to recognize with a "Sprout Out"
Provide a description of the specific success, exemplary performance, success, or behavior, that you think the selected employee should be recognized and rewarded for.
Select Save
You are welcome to submit as many "Sprout Outs" as you would like, however, we hope that each "Sprout Out" truly highlights exemplary performance and role model behavior as that is the culture we are trying to create.
All submitted Sprout-Outs for each week will be carefully reviewed and one employee will be selected for recognition and reward. A 'Sprout Shout Train' will be initiated every Monday around 10:00 AM to recognize the selected employee and go over announcements.
