Aimee Coplen, MLS

Hello! My name is Aimee Coplen. This is my 7th year in education (all of them with Springtown ISD) and my 3rd year as a Librarian/Media Specialist. I am very grateful to be a part of the SIS family! Previously, I taught 4th grade at SES, 3rd grade Math/Science at GCES, 3rd grade ELAR/SS at GCES, and was an Instructional Assistant at GCES.

My husband and I moved from the Central Texas area to Springtown in 2003 when he was called to a youth ministry position; he is now the lead pastor at that same church. We have fallen in love with this community and school system. We have two boys - a Senior and 7th grader - who are both very active and keep us quite busy.

We are huge Dallas Mavericks fans and go to games as often as we can (which isn't as often as we'd like). My favorite hobbies are reading and running.
