Great coaches don’t just focus on the scoreboard—they build strong teams by developing skills, fostering resilience, and creating a winning mindset. Parenting is no different! In this workshop, we’ll dive into the playbook of emotional intelligence (EQ), exploring where behavior stems from and how stress impacts both parents and kids.
You’ll walk away with strategies to manage stress, set up a positive home environment, and create smooth transitions—so your family can run plays with confidence instead of scrambling under pressure. Learn how to call a "timeout" when emotions run high, reset after tough moments, and model emotional regulation to help your child build their own skills. By the final whistle, you’ll have a game plan to create a supportive home where emotional growth and learning thrive.
Do you dread technology? Do you continually have conflicts about technology use? What if you could create deep, meaningful connections as you set guidelines for technology use in your family? In this session, you will get practical solutions to eliminate the conflict and dread of raising humans in a digital age.
