UIL and Spring ISD Requires a new physical be submitted every year. The paper hard copy needs filled out by a physican, parent and student. Once filled out it must be turned into Coach Jimenez and/or our Athletic Trainers. If your child, took their physical in May 2026 please make sure to get a copy of it - just in case to submit to our program.

For the 2026-2027 school year, the UIL requires a Previous Athletic Participation Form (PAPF) for new student-athletes to certify eligibility. This is for all FRESHMEN entering Spring High School. Coach Jimenez will need to send the PAPF to a parent's or guardian's email on file with RankOne to start the process of this PAPF. No 9th Grade entering student can play on Varsity unless they have completed this PAPF form.
