Experience:

I have ten years of experience in education, all of which were here at Twin Creeks, MS.

Previously, I worked at HP (Hewlett-Packard), a computer company, for 21 years. My position was as an Engineering Project Manager in the Reliability Engineering Department. Reliability Engineering was where HP deliberately broke new products to ensure they would withstand the various conditions and environments they might have endured. In Reliability Engineering, we performed various environmental simulations such as:

• Drop Testing

• Temperature Testing (Frozen and Baked)

• Transportation Shock and Vibration Testing

• Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Testing

• Dust Testing (Exposure to excessive environmental dust).

All testing was performed to determine the reliability of the product.

Personal Life:

I am married to my lovely wife and best friend. Mrs. Rubit is the apple of my eye. I have two grown children. My Daughter is 26.  My son is 21. He is a delightful person on the autism spectrum.
