Support at Home

Your student is coming home with their own green “Take Home Folder”. This folder is a communication device between home and school. It will contain important information such as school notes, homework, graded work, newsletters, behavior logs, etc. I ask that you please check your student’s folder every night. This is the only folder that your student will bring home every day and one of our main methods of communication. Please help your student keep track of this folder, they must bring it to school and take it home each day.

Homework is an opportunity to practice the skills learned during daily lessons and will be sent home Monday-Thursday in the green take home folder. Students may turn in homework the following day or on Fridays.

Tying shoelaces

Opening snacks and juices independently

Writing first and last name

Speaking in complete sentences

Counting and identifying numbers 1-20
