Welcome to Fifth Grade,
You have one more year before middle school, so let's make it a great one!
My name is Jasmine Crawford and I will be your Reading and Writing teacher for this year! I am a new teacher, so I am excited to learn with you all, especially as we move to a virtual classroom.
At Meyer, we will be using an online resource called Schoology to communicate and assign work to students. We will also use Google Hangouts to meet in whole group and small group. Please contact me if you are having issues or if you have any questions!
About Me:
My name is Miss Jasmine Crawford and this will be my first year teaching 5th grade Reading and Writing. I graduated from the University of Houston main campus in Spring 2020. I love to read and want to help students see that books can take them to new worlds! I also love writing as it can express and develop a sense of creativity, a trait that is needed in tomorrows leaders! I am excited to work with your scholars and help them succeed in school!
