Associate of Arts or Science
Students must pass the English TSIA to begin taking Dual Credit courses. The English TSIA has a reading multiple-choice section and an essay. On the reading section, students must achieve a score of at least 945 or a 5 on the diagnostic and at least a 5 on the essay to be considered TSIA on the English test to be considered "College Ready" in English. Students must pass the Math TSIA before the spring semester in which they take Algebra 2 B.
Most courses are taken completely online. Students are only allowed to take the courses that are listed in the most current Spring ISD Educational Planning Guide (EPG). Some courses listed in the EPG are not available to students at Wunsche. Please speak with a counselor regarding course options.
Students' progress and grades are not shared with Wunsche staff or parents. It is essential that parents monitor students' grades by checking their D2L where their assignments and grades from Lone Star are housed.
