For this project you will design a tiny house in a Computer Aided Design program and then create a working scale model as a proof of concept. Your dimensions should be 8ft wide, 8.5ft high, and 20ft long with a scale of 1/2 inch = 1 ft or 12 inches. This means that your designs will be scaled to 4 inches wide, 4.25 inches high, and 10 inches long.
8ft wide, 8.5ft high, and 20ft long is the standard size of a shipping container.

There's a lot to consider with a tiny house. Check out the videos to the right and consider the following:
What did I design that I would like to change?
Are there structural considerations I did not account for?
Is there something I could change in order to my my design fit me better?
Make any design changes to your tiny house you deem necessary.
Re-print the tiny house.
Place a new copy on the table

[15] You will plan and manage activities to develop a solution or complete a project.
[16] You will select and use computer applications effectively and productively.
[17] You will apply existing knowledge to create original works to complete a project.
You will build a tiny house based on the dimensions of your CAD drawing.
You will use scale, measurements, and ratios to build your tiny house.
