The SG Mini-THON is an effort to raise funds and awareness for the fight against pediatric cancer. Since 2003, SG students raised $1,389,155.35 for Four Diamonds at Penn State Children's Hospital. In 2015, the SG Mini-THON expanded to include students in grades 7-12. All Spring Grove students who register to participate will stay on their feet from 9am to 9pm to make strides to find a cure for pediatric cancer.
All proceeds from the SG Mini-THON will be sent to Four Diamonds at Penn State Children's Hospital in honor of Scot Becker, Ethan Crawford, Shiloh Crimmel, Ashley Grim, Miranda Harmon, Seth Redden, Megan Rohrbaugh, Irelyn Sprenkle, James Stanley, Avery Sutherland, & Dylan Zepp, and in loving memory of Ryan Arnold, Jazmine Cope, Melanie Myers, Corey Schultz, & Victoria Swiger.
