In the US, the history and production of greeting cards seems to be almost tied to Hallmark. Almost everything I find is by independent creatives, or from Hallmark. Apparently Hallmark and American Greetings are the largest greeting card companies in the world, so I guess it makes sense why it's hard to find resources from other companies.
