Q. What is our turnaround rate? 

A. We know your time is valuable. Thus, our turnaround time is the next business day. 

Q. Do we offer pick up or deliveries? 

A. Yes, we do. If you are a business location, we offer this service free of charge. For residential orders, a small fee may be applied. 

Q. How does pickup work? 

A. Kristina will schedule a pickup appointment with you. When she arrives, there will be a simple form to fill out. A tray to place your items into will be provided. 

Q. What payment methods do we accept? 

A. We accept Venmo, Cashapp, checks, credit cards and cash. A 3% fee will be added if paying with a credit card.
