A client contacted us with RFQ for a specialty epoxy sealant. They had not purchased this product in 24 months and the manufacturer had fallen off their vendors list. This item was in-stock and ready to ship, but they were unable to purchase. We were able to secure the PO and quickly setup an account with the epoxy company. The desired product was delivered to our client within 48 hours. Problem solved.

We received an RFQ and immediate phone call from a client's purchasing department. A specifc brand of decal that they had been purchasing for years, was now being discontinued. Another supplier had provided a replacement product but the quality did not meet expectations. We quickly gathered the information and reached out to the original manufacturer to learn what made their discontinued product unique. We located a replacement product with those qualities and had a sample delivered with overnight shipping to our client. They confirmed quality and compatibility; we then completed a new larger PO to replenish their stock of this item.
