Spiffyfox Property Care began in 2021 as Spiffyfox Cleaning Service after owner Courtney Meinders made the decision to build something of her own following the birth of her second child.

After years of working in hotels, janitorial positions, nursing home housekeeping, and cleaning environments with inconsistent quality, Courtney knew there was a better way to serve people. She wanted to create a company built on efficiency, honesty, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people behind each home or property.

What started primarily as move-outs, turnover cleans, and deep cleaning services quickly expanded into residential and commercial cleaning as clients continued looking for reliable service they could trust.

Today, Spiffyfox Property Care continues to grow by offering a more complete approach to household and property support — combining cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and independent home support services under one company.

Courtney’s husband, Tyler, now leads the maintenance division and brings more than 10 years of hands-on experience in construction and flooring installation. Together, they’ve built Spiffyfox Property Care to provide a more complete approach to helping busy families, property managers, and businesses reclaim their time.
