Their are many benefits to servicing your boiler annually such as,

Well we will start with the obvious and work our way through!

1. Check the appliance is working. Sounds silly I know but is has happened!

2. Inspect it. Check for signs of corrosion, leaks etc, these can lead to a potentially dengerous istuation so the sooner found the better.

3. Clean it. The condensing trap is cleaned out to prevent it from blocking up and lowers the risk of freezing in winter.

4. Test the gas supply. Make sure there are no leaks of gas and the supply pressure is correct at your boiler.

5. Check the safety device. This ensures the boiler "fails safe" in the event of a future fault.

6. Combustion ratio check. We check the boiler is burning at the correct ratio this means it will be operation safely and not burning too much gas and wasting money.

7. We always provide you with a certificate as proof that the service has been carried out and with all the findings recorded.
