The Building Teacher Leadership Capacity to Support Beginning Teachers program is 100% federally funded from the Improving Teacher Quality Partnership (ITQP) Title II, Part A, Subpart 3, of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB).
This module is appropriate for mentors (or aspiring mentors) of novice teachers as well as those who are new to the profession.
This module is appropriate for anyone who works with adolescents. It is a self-guided module that will take you through the steps of effective problem solving (for inter/intra-personal conflicts) and specific strategies to ensure each step is done as effectively as possible.
