Everything you need to know to use our products effectively
Get help on the following topics
Open the app → Workouts list → tap “+”.
Introduce all the necessary info and create!
Open a workout → Add Exercise → pick a movement name.
For each exercise, add sets (reps/weight, and optional rest).
Use the Notes field on the workout or on an exercise to record form cues, PRs, etc.
Edit: open the exercise/workout, change the fields, Save.
Delete workout: use the menu button on the top right press Delete.
Delete exercise: open the exercise from the workout detail and select to delete through the menu on the top right (Deletion is permanent.)
The chips under the title (e.g., Year, Series, Category, Duration, Energy) narrow the list.
Tap a chip to select a filter; tap again to clear it.
Filters can be combined (e.g., a category + a year) to quickly find past sessions.
No sign-in required.
